The HomePower ONE, boasting a capacity of 1002Wh (with a 1000W/2000W Surge), is a lithium-ion backup battery power station. It is solar-compatible, featuring both an Anderson charging port and an 8mm charging port for solar panels.

Weighing a mere 23 lbs, the HomePower ONE stands as Geneverse's most portable power station. Its lay-flat handle and compact frame make it an exceptional on-the-go power companion for outdoor events or adventures. At home, the HomePower ONE aligns with Geneverse's mission by serving as an affordable solution for power outages, ensuring safety and convenience throughout the house.

Equipped with a total of eight outlets, including three AC outlets, the HomePower ONE is ideal for powering devices that operate at or around a continuous 1000W. This encompasses a range of items such as CPAP machines, TVs, lamps, WiFi devices, cell phones, outdoor decorations, various tools, and more.

The HomePower ONE features a built-in pure sine wave inverter, ensuring regulated output that delivers smoother electricity. This enables the operation of most common home appliances and electronics without interference.

Each SolarPower ONE panel generates a maximum power output of 100W. When you combine two panels, you can achieve up to 200W of charging power for the HomePower ONE.

The SolarPower ONE is capable of functioning as its own solar generator when exposed to sunlight. With (1) USB-C and (1) USB-A ports seamlessly integrated into the frame, it stands out as the sole Geneverse panel with the ability to independently charge small devices without relying on a Geneverse power station.

    WARRANTY

    Geneverse (formerly Generark) provides a (5)-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for its products, starting from the original retail purchase or shipment date. Within this Warranty Period, the company will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or equivalent parts, replace it with a new or functionally equivalent one, or provide an alternative with the customer's consent. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on consumable parts unless caused by defects, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other non-defective causes. No unauthorized person is allowed to modify this limited warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights granted by consumer protection laws and regulations, without waiving applicable statutory rights, and its terms may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted.

    REFUND / EXCHANGES

    Geneverse, formerly known as Generark, provides a 30-day warranty refund/exchange policy for items purchased on geneverse.com (or generark.com), effective from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this period, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs. It is important to note that Geneverse is not responsible for return expenses, and the returned item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as purchased. Refunds, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be issued for the original purchase amount, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

    Please be aware that final sale items and accessory purchases are non-refundable and not covered by the return policy.

    Contact us by email or by phone to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of your product whether for refund or exchange.

    SOFTWARE SERVICES

    The software services include app software update service. The software service period is 5 years from the date of original retail purchase. 

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United-States (lower 48 U.S. states. How shipping works is explained below:

    1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after you place your order. The order confirmation typically includes details such as order number, items ordered, total cost, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.
    2. Order Processing: We verify your order details, payment and inventory to ensure the items are in stock (if items are not in stock we will contact you with further details). The order is then prepared for shipping and the shipping label is created. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
    3. Shipping & Delivery: The order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email containing your tracking information so that you can be ready to receive your order.
