The HomePower 2 Plus backup battery power station, boasting 2200W with a surge capacity of 4400W, can sustain refrigerators and freezers for over 24 hours. Its award-winning design incorporates a detachable, magnetic "magic wheel cart" for effortless room transitions, complemented by a built-in top handle for additional portability. This power station is compatible with Geneverse 200W SolarPower 2 all-weather portable solar panels, offering double the charging speed compared to our original panels.

Ranked among the most potent solar generators on the market, the HomePower 2 Plus provides 2,200 continuous watts of clean power and up to 4,400 surge watts. With a capacity of 2060 watt-hours, it ensures uninterrupted operation of essential home appliances and devices for days during a power outage.

WARRANTY

Geneverse (formerly Generark) provides a (5)-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for its products, starting from the original retail purchase or shipment date. Within this Warranty Period, the company will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or equivalent parts, replace it with a new or functionally equivalent one, or provide an alternative with the customer's consent. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on consumable parts unless caused by defects, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other non-defective causes. No unauthorized person is allowed to modify this limited warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights granted by consumer protection laws and regulations, without waiving applicable statutory rights, and its terms may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted.

REFUND / EXCHANGES

Geneverse, formerly known as Generark, provides a 30-day warranty refund/exchange policy for items purchased on geneverse.com (or generark.com), effective from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this period, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs. It is important to note that Geneverse is not responsible for return expenses, and the returned item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as purchased. Refunds, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be issued for the original purchase amount, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

Please be aware that final sale items and accessory purchases are non-refundable and not covered by the return policy.

Contact us by email or by phone to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of your product whether for refund or exchange.

SOFTWARE SERVICES

The software services include app software update service. The software service period is 5 years from the date of original retail purchase. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United-States (lower 48 U.S. states. How shipping works is explained below:

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after you place your order. The order confirmation typically includes details such as order number, items ordered, total cost, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.
  2. Order Processing: We verify your order details, payment and inventory to ensure the items are in stock (if items are not in stock we will contact you with further details). The order is then prepared for shipping and the shipping label is created. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
  3. Shipping & Delivery: The order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email containing your tracking information so that you can be ready to receive your order.
