IntegraRack IR-T1 Roof Mounting System

Secures solar arrays without the need for tile removal or roof penetration, making installation up to four times faster than conventional methods. Each bracket leverages the natural weight of overlapping concrete tiles, reinforced with IntegraGel Fast-Setting Industrial Strength Epoxy, to strengthen the roof structure and ensure long-term reliability.

Tested at the George E. Boeing Aeronautics Department Wind Tunnel, the IR-T1 is engineered to withstand wind speeds of over 165 mph with a 3:1 safety factor, offering dependable performance in extreme conditions. Its upright mount is compatible with all rail systems, enabling fast, versatile installation while preventing leaks and reducing installer fatigue. An integrated flex point further protects tiles by preventing cracking under bolt tension
