The Geneverse HomePower ONE PRO stands as a robust 1210Wh (1200W/2400W Surge) LiFePO4 power station. Like all Geneverse power stations, it guarantees indoor safety and is solar-compatible, effortlessly linking with Geneverse’s 200W SolarPower 2: All-Weather Portable Solar Panels.

Crafted to embody both portability and power, the HomePower ONE PRO, weighing 39 lbs. and featuring (7) outlets, including (3) 120V AC outlets, is versatile enough for on-the-go adventures, outdoor gatherings, or indoor use to sustain full-sized refrigerators and freezers overnight. Renowned for its adaptability and reliability, the HomePower ONE PRO is a crucial addition to any emergency power outage kit.

LiFePO4 refers to the battery type of Geneverse’s PRO Series – lithium iron phosphate. Compared to lower cost lithium-ion options, LFP batteries charge 2x faster, have 6x the lifespan (over 10 years at 80% capacity), and can withstand more extreme temperatures.

    Warranty

    Geneverse (formerly Generark) provides a (5)-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for its products, starting from the original retail purchase or shipment date. Within this Warranty Period, the company will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or equivalent parts, replace it with a new or functionally equivalent one, or provide an alternative with the customer's consent. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on consumable parts unless caused by defects, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other non-defective causes. No unauthorized person is allowed to modify this limited warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights granted by consumer protection laws and regulations, without waiving applicable statutory rights, and its terms may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted.

    Refund / Exchanges

    Geneverse, formerly known as Generark, provides a 30-day warranty refund/exchange policy for items purchased on geneverse.com (or generark.com), effective from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this period, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs. It is important to note that Geneverse is not responsible for return expenses, and the returned item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as purchased. Refunds, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be issued for the original purchase amount, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

    Please be aware that final sale items and accessory purchases are non-refundable and not covered by the return policy.

    Contact us by email or by phone to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of your product whether for refund or exchange.

    Software Services

    The software services include app software update service. The software service period is 5 years from the date of original retail purchase.

    2. Order Processing: We verify your order details, payment and inventory to ensure the items are in stock (if items are not in stock we will contact you with further details). The order is then prepared for shipping and the shipping label is created. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
    3. Shipping & Delivery: The order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email containing your tracking information so that you can be ready to receive your order.
