PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Geneverse SolarPower 2 is a portable solar panel with an all-weather design and an IP67 water and dustproof rating. These panels offer a maximum charge output of 200W. Combining up to four SolarPower 2 panels can charge Geneverse solar generators four times faster than SolarPower ONE panels.

Within this Warranty Period, the company will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or equivalent parts, replace it with a new or functionally equivalent one, or provide an alternative with the customer's consent. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on consumable parts unless caused by defects, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other non-defective causes. No unauthorized person is allowed to modify this limited warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights granted by consumer protection laws and regulations, without waiving applicable statutory rights, and its terms may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted.

REFUND / EXCHANGES

Geneverse, formerly known as Generark, provides a 30-day warranty refund/exchange policy for items purchased on geneverse.com (or generark.com), effective from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this period, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs. It is important to note that Geneverse is not responsible for return expenses, and the returned item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as purchased. Refunds, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be issued for the original purchase amount, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

Please be aware that final sale items and accessory purchases are non-refundable and not covered by the return policy.

Contact us by email or by phone to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of your product whether for refund or exchange.

SOFTWARE SERVICES

The software services include app software update service. The software service period is 5 years from the date of original retail purchase.

  3. Shipping & Delivery: The order is picked up from our warehouse by the shipping carrier. You will receive an email containing your tracking information so that you can be ready to receive your order.
