The MidNite Solar 300V AC Surge Protector Device (MNSPD) is a UL1449 rev3 Type 2 device with a 4X outdoor rating, designed for protecting 120 VAC and 120/240 VAC circuits. It safeguards service panels, load centers, or any electronic devices it is directly connected to. The AC SPD is specifically designed for AC systems, with its main difference from the DC model being how the LEDs are powered, while the protection functionality is identical. Key features include a 5-year warranty, ETL listing for the U.S. and Canada, and American manufacturing.
