The NOVA Series 6500S Iverter provides convenient, smart energy mangement. With built-in Wi-Fi, you can easily connect with your Android or iOS device using the RICH SOLAR monitoring apps for real-time monitoring, electricity usage tracking, and data logging. RGB status lights facilitate monitoring and management while USB On-the-Go enables easy data upload/download.

This modwel enables a high output power of up to 39kw, supported by a parallel operation of up to 6 units in single-phase, split-phase, or 3-phase configurations.

Flexibility without Batteries

The NOVA Series 6500S inverter offers flexibility by making the battery optional. For lighter loads and stable solar panel output, no battery connection is necessary. However, if needed, it is compatible with a range of battery types, including AGM, Pylontech, WECO, Soltaro, LIB-Protocol, and third-party lithium batteries.

MPPT Control for Enhanced Performance

Equipped with an MPPT controller, the solar inverter maximizes efficiency with a wide voltage range of 90-230 VDC, achieving a high peak efficiency of 91% while also protecting batteries for extended lifespan and sustainable performance.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 2-5 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@directsolarpower.com

CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be HAPPY! You can request a cancellation anytime during the order process, although fees may vary. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items.  Please call us at (848) 600-6420 or email  sales@directsolarpower.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@directsolarpower.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement. 

REFUNDS

After your returned item is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 3-7 business days, and you will be notified with an email once your order is refunded. If you don't receive the refund after 7 business days, please contact us at sales@directsolarpower.com
