The Do-It-Yourself EG4 AC 12K Mini-Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump is a highly efficient, 12000 BTU air conditioning system that provides great cooling and heating performance in small to medium-sized rooms. Featuring a new SEER2 rating of 28.5, this unit offers energy savings as well as cost efficiency without sacrificing cooling/heating power. Its compact size, sleek design, and new Plug-N-Cool technology make this EG4 Mini-Split a Do-It-Yourself project. Plug-C-Cool allows the EG4 Mini-Split to be easily installed, cooling and heating quickly in virtually any living space or workplace.

EG4 Electronics offers a 10-year Full Parts Replacement or Full Product Replacement Warranty from the date of the battery purchase.  Your warranty must be registered within the first year of purchase to remain valid. If you choose not to register, your warranty may be invalidated. This limited warranty is to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any other person or entity. All parts exchanges are covered during the warranty period. Outside of the continental US, replacement shipping charges may apply.

Warranty Exclusions - EG4 Electronics has no obligation under this limited warranty for product subjected to the following conditions (including but not limited to):  

  • Damages incurred during installation or removal 
  • Damages caused by mishandling the product or inappropriate environmental exposure 
  • Damages caused by improper maintenance 
  • Tampering, altering, and/or disassembly of the product
  • Using product in applications other than what the manufacturer intended
  • Lightning, fire, flood, or acts of God
  • Any product with a serial number that has been altered, defaced, or removed
  • Damages incurred from voltage or current spikes due to open-loop lithium battery communications

  • Shipping Times

Shipping times vary from 3-7 business days for items shipped via parcel and 4-11 business days for items shipped via freight.

  • Backorders

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. In the rare case that your item is on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail with the options on how we can proceed.

Estimated ship dates for backordered items will always be provided. However, please note that the dates provided are “estimates” and may change due to additional delays and demand.

  • Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to Wyoming. Orders shipped to other states are 100% tax-free, so you can enjoy extra savings!

  • Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it ships free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order after it ships, restocking fees and return shipping fees may apply.
