The Victron Energy Temperature Sensor is designed to monitor battery temperature within Victron Energy systems, enhancing performance and longevity.

Features

  • Suitable for use with MultiPlus, Quattro, Venus GX, and Cerbo GX devices.
  • Connects to the negative terminal of the battery.
  • Measures battery temperature; does not monitor battery voltage. 
  • Utilizes the auxiliary input on devices like the BMV-712; selecting 'Temperature' as the auxiliary input disables other auxiliary measurements.
  • Cable length can be adjusted; shortening is acceptable, but extending is discouraged. 
  • This sensor is provided with MultiPlus and Quattro inverter chargers.
