Protection from "Dirty Power"

  • Guards against unreliable sine waves from lower-budget generators
  • Protects inverters from power quality issues with the 48v smart charger

Dry Contacts

  • Control of generator start/stop function based on Voltage or state of charge (SOC) using generator charger features

Using EG4 Batteries?

  • Closed loop communication with EG4 batteries for charging based on battery state of charge (SOC), when batteries are not in communication with the inverter using EG4 battery charger technology

  • RS485 Communication cable (RJ45 Plug to RJ45 Plug)
  • RS485 to USB upgrade cable (RJ45 Plug to USB-A)
  • Dry contact cable (RJ11 Plug into three bare and tinned wire pairs labeled Normally Open
  • (NO), Normally Closed (NC), and Common (C) for connection to an external device (e.g. generator)
