Warranty
Geneverse (formerly Generark) provides a (5)-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for its products, starting from the original retail purchase or shipment date. Within this Warranty Period, the company will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or equivalent parts, replace it with a new or functionally equivalent one, or provide an alternative with the customer's consent. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on consumable parts unless caused by defects, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other non-defective causes. No unauthorized person is allowed to modify this limited warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights granted by consumer protection laws and regulations, without waiving applicable statutory rights, and its terms may not apply in jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted.
Refund / Exchanges
Geneverse, formerly known as Generark, provides a 30-day warranty refund/exchange policy for items purchased on geneverse.com (or generark.com), effective from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this period, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs. It is important to note that Geneverse is not responsible for return expenses, and the returned item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as purchased. Refunds, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be issued for the original purchase amount, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.
Please be aware that final sale items and accessory purchases are non-refundable and not covered by the return policy.
