IR AnchorSpike™ Mounting Kit For BallastRack Frames

The IntegraRack IR-30 AnchorSpike™ Mounting Kit secures BallastRack™ solar module frames with a non-invasive ground anchoring system engineered for speed and strength. Each hollow, barbed aluminium spike (3/8″ × 30″) is filled with two-part epoxy resin, creating a reinforced soil bond capable of resisting up to 1,000 lb of vertical uplift per spike.

Designed for fast deployment, the AnchorSpike™ system allows BallastRack™ base tubes to clamp directly around the embedded spikes, ensuring precise leveling and stability—even on uneven terrain. This eliminates the need for traditional concrete footings, reducing both installation time and cost.

  • (22) IR AnchorSpikes (3/8″ × 30″, hollow, barbed aluminium)
  • Two-part Epoxy Resin (Parts A & B)
  • 64-oz Mixing Cup
  • Stirring Stick
