Shipping times vary from 3-7 business days for items shipped via parcel and 4-11 business days for items shipped via freight.

Once your order has shipped we will provide you the tracking number via email.

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. In the rare case that your item is on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail with the options on how we can proceed.

Estimated ship dates for backordered items will always be provided. However, please note that the dates provided are “estimates” and may change due to additional delays and demand.

We don't charge sales tax in most states because we haven't reached the sales tax nexus in those areas yet. Once we do, we'll start collecting tax to comply with state laws. For now, you can enjoy tax-free shopping, with sales tax only applied in Wyoming.

You may cancel your order any time before it ships free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order after it ships, restocking fees and return shipping fees may apply. Read our return policy for full details about cancellations after your order has shipped.

All items sold by Direct Solar Power are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The specific terms and duration of the warranty vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.
